Lee’s Story

Lee began his career in estate agency in 1999 with the highly regarded General Accident Insurance Services (now known as Aviva) in Wolverhampton. During his time there, he earned several awards, including Best Sales Advisor Newcomer, Sales Negotiator of the Year, and Property Valuer of the Year, before moving on in 2002.

Later that year, Lee joined the UK’s largest estate agency group, where he played a key role in revitalising their Wolverhampton branch. Under his leadership, the branch became the top-selling estate agency in the city, consistently outperforming competitors for over 17 consecutive years.

Throughout his career, Lee has received numerous local and national awards, recognising both his personal and branch achievements for sales and valuations. His Wolverhampton office was frequently named the company’s number one branch nationwide – a testament to Lee’s dedication and team leadership.

Lee progressed steadily through various senior roles, including Senior Sales Negotiator, Valuation Manager, Branch Manager, Partner, Board of Management Partner, and ultimately Branch Director. In 2017, he was appointed Senior Local Director, a position he held for eight years.

In 2022, Lee was honoured with the company’s first-ever Chairman’s Estate Agency of the Year Award, a title he proudly retained again in 2023.

After an exceptional 25-year corporate career, Lee made the decision in 2025 to launch his own estate agency, driven by his passion for property and the local communities.

Over the span of 25 years, Lee has helped countless buyers and sellers move home. He is known for his commitment to customer service, strong community ties, and always being there for his clients.

Outside of work, Lee has a background in football as both a player and manager. His connections in the sport have enabled him to assist numerous professional footballers, their families, and other high-profile individuals in finding their perfect homes. Today, Lee Cooke Estate Agency has a specialist division that continues to serve clients nationally and confidentially, offering dedicated support to celebrities and their representatives.

Lee is also a passionate supporter of various local and national charities, including those focused on autism, animal welfare, and cancer research – a cause that became deeply personal after his own cancer diagnosis in 2019. Lee and Team will be supporting many of these local charities moving forward.
